The International Corporate Governance Network has published a revised edition of its Global Corporate Governance Principles. These are the ICGN's overarching Principles which are intended to be of general application around the world and reflect the ICGN's position on the standards of corporate governance to which all companies should aspire. A full version of the Principles is not available online but an extract is available here (pdf).
