There are chapters dedicated to several scholars whose work over the past 40 years has been highly influential throughout the world within the fields of corporate law and corporate governance. Larry Ribstein has written a chapter considering Henry Manne and Kate Litvak has considered the contribution of Frank Easterbrook and Daniel Fischel.
