UK: England and Wales: assisting overseas regulators


The Court of Appeal gave judgment this week in Financial Services Authority v Amro International SA [2010] EWCA Civ 123. This is an important decision concerning the powers conferred by the Financial Services and Markets Act (2000) on the Financial Services Authority to support overseas regulators.
